The lights go down, the crowd roars, and from the very first note, you know — this is Queen, as it should be. On Friday, 13 March 2026, the Lighthouse Theatre in Warrnambool will come alive when Queen Forever brings their Greatest Hits Tour – 20th Anniversary to town — the ultimate tribute to one of rock’s most legendary bands.

For 20 years, Queen Forever has captivated audiences across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, earning their reputation as the most authentic and entertaining Queen tribute in the world. Now, they’re celebrating two decades of unforgettable performances with their biggest and most spectacular show yet.

From the moment Gareth Hill takes the stage as Freddie Mercury, the magic begins. His powerhouse vocals, flamboyant energy, and magnetic showmanship are pure Freddie. Alongside him, Scott Bastian channels Brian May’s iconic guitar tone and soaring solos, Brad Hodgkinson thunders through Roger Taylor’s powerhouse rhythms, Darryn McLaughlin lays down those unmistakable John Deacon bass lines, and Danny Oakhill brings the lush harmonies and keyboard layers that defined Queen’s sound. Together, they don’t just play the songs — they become Queen.

This is not just another tribute show. It’s a full-scale theatrical rock experience — complete with dazzling lighting, immersive video backdrops, and the kind of audience interaction that turns every voice in the room into part of the band. When the opening notes of “Bohemian Rhapsody” ring out, the entire theatre becomes a choir. When “We Will Rock You” kicks in, the floor shakes. And when “We Are the Champions” closes the night, you’ll feel that spine-tingling magic that only great live music delivers.

Expect all the hits — “Somebody to Love,” “Radio Ga Ga,” “Don’t Stop Me Now,” “Killer Queen,” “Another One Bites the Dust” — performed with breathtaking authenticity. But true to Queen Forever’s reputation, each show will also feature a handful of rotating deep cuts for long-time fans, ensuring no two nights are ever the same.

As 2026 also marks 50 years since Queen first toured Australia, this concert is not just a tribute — it’s a celebration of the music that changed rock forever.

So, Warrnambool, are you ready to rock?

Join the celebration and experience Queen’s timeless legacy brought to life with passion, precision, and power.
