The Greatest Hits Tour – 20th Anniversary comes to the York on Lilydale Hotel, Mooroolbark on Friday 27 November 2026 — one of only four standing-room shows in a strictly limited run, and a deliberate return to the band’s roots. This is the loud, sweaty, up-close Queen Forever that made their name: no distance between band and crowd, just the songs, the sweat and the singalong.

Gareth Hill fronts the band as Freddie Mercury — the voice, the swagger, the total command of a room — with Scott Bastian on Brian May’s soaring guitar, Darryn McLaughlin on John Deacon’s basslines, Brad Hodge driving Roger Taylor’s drums, and Danny Oakhill on keys and harmonies. Together, they don’t just play Queen — they bring them roaring back to life.

Expect the anthems that defined generations — Bohemian Rhapsody, We Will Rock You, We Are the Champions, Somebody to Love, Radio Ga Ga, Don’t Stop Me Now, Killer Queen, Another One Bites the Dust — plus rotating deep cuts that keep every night different. Two full hours, including interval.

When the whole room becomes the choir on Bohemian Rhapsody and the floor shakes to We Will Rock You, you’ll remember exactly why live music is best heard packed in tight and sung at full voice. Kicking off the weekend in the outer east, this one’s going to be big — get in early and get down the front. Book your tickets now.
